Mark is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Business & Corporate Groups. Mark handles commercial real estate transactions of all kinds, advising owners, investors, developers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and municipalities, on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition. His experience runs to all commercial real estate property types, including retail, hospitality, office, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-family.

Mark also regularly represents institutional and private lenders, as well as borrowers, in commercial lending transactions, including real estate-secured loans and asset-based lending.
