David chaired Cohen and Wolf’s Business and Corporate Group for over 20 years and currently continues to chair its Physicians' Group. He is also a member of the Real Estate, and Commercial Finance Groups. He is a pragmatic, detail-oriented deal-maker who spends much of his time quarterbacking, negotiating, and documenting M&A and private equity deals and acting as general outside counsel to business clients. With almost four decades of experience, a meaningful portion of David’s practice is devoted to counseling healthcare entities and the entrepreneurial professionals who comprise them. David chaired the Business Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association (2018-2020) and co-chaired the CBA’s LLC Subcommittee that re-wrote Connecticut’s LLC law which became effective July 1, 2017.
David is a member of the American, New York, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations and the American and Connecticut Health Lawyers Associations. David is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
