As agents for major title insurance companies that do business in CT, the firm's Real Estate attorneys are readily able to procure appropriate title insurance policies and coverage for clients.
The Real Estate Group is supported by members of the firm's Land Use & Zoning Group who assist clients in the preparation and presentation of all categories of land use applications (variances, special permits, subdivisions, zone changes, regulation amendments, wetlands applications, CAM) before local boards, commissions and the DEP. The Group also works closely with the firm's Business & Corporate Group when matters require representation from that area.
