Mark is ranked in both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 in the areas of Financial and General Crime.
Mark advises in investigations into companies and individuals brought by national and international regulators and law enforcement agencies. These positions have given him extensive experience in dealing with government, politicians, press, and the full range of governance challenges faced by the Criminal and Civil Justice systems. He has worked closely with the senior Judiciary, state bodies and officials on a variety of projects and committees addressing capacity, sustainability and efficiency in the Justice System.
