Mark has advised almost exclusively on matters involving utilities since 1992, working on projects in each state and territory of Australia, as well as across the Asia Pacific region.

Mark has advised leading public and private sector clients – including Rio Tinto, Energy Queensland, the Queensland Government and Stanwell Corporation – on significant and transformational projects and corporate matters. In recent years he has focussed on regulatory and commercial aspects of the energy transition working exclusively with Government and Government Owned Corporations. According to Chambers Global Mark enjoys ‘a strong reputation for a wealth of regulatory experience’.
