For more than 25 years, Mark C. Lehberg has advised on complex business and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and spinouts, strategic alliances, joint research and development agreements, cloud computing and X as a service (XaaS), intellectual property license agreements, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions involving intellectual property assets.
