Mark Becker

Mark Becker practices in the construction, architecture, and engineering sector. His practice includes negotiation of EPC, design-build, CM at Risk, CM Agency, General Contracts, Subcontracts, Professional Services Contracts, as well as contentious matters. He is known for his innovative approach to advocacy in early pre-suit mediations and has successfully settled many high-stakes multi-party construction disputes involving delay and impact, defects, termination, and default fact patterns. His client base includes prominent contractors, architecture and engineering firms, developers, specialty subcontractors, and sureties, covering nearly every niche of the building and construction industry including healthcare, commercial and office, power and renewable energy, manufacturing, mechatronics and warehouse, building management systems, fire alarm, agricultural, corporate office buildouts, data centers, highway and bridge, multi-family residential, stadiums and ice arenas.

Mark Becker is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Law, a Fellow of the Construction Law Society of America, and a former Chair of the Construction Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
