Mark has an enviable client roster of high profile individuals and media organisations within the film, television, sporting, political and publishing fields. He has acted in numerous high profile and important cases including: acting for Penguin Books in the libel claim made by historian David Irving; acting for George Galloway in a libel claim against the Daily Telegraph; acting for the Daily Mirror against Naomi Campbell in privacy and breach of confidence claims; acting for Katie Price in libel actions against Northern & Shell and others; acting for Russell Brand and Jemima Goldsmith in a claim brought under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997; and for Sam Allardyce in relation to articles by the Daily Telegraph. Mark is particularly well known for his crisis management advice.
Mark was previously an Equity Partner at Davenport Lyons before setting up Archerfield Partners LLP with Matthew Dowd in 2010.
