Marina Balzano is a partner in Orrick’s Italian Banking & Finance team.

She has acquired extensive experience in assisting major Italian and international banking groups in all types of structured finance transactions such as acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate finance, project finance, public finance and infrastructure financing.

She has also gained solid experience in the issuance of bonds and mini bonds, as well as in the field of debt restructuring both in the out-of-court and pre-bankruptcy phases.
