Guido Testa

Guido Testa is partner, Office Leader of Orrick’s Italian offices and member of the M&A and Private Equity Group. Guido's practice focuses mainly on M&A, private equity, venture capital and joint venture transactions, as well as on corporate law and commercial contracts.

In these areas, he represents primary enterprises, merchant banks, private equity and venture capital funds, as well as investment holding companies and family offices, both in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Before joining Orrick, Guido was a partner of Vita Samory, Fabbrini e Associati and a partner of Studio Legale Carnelutti, where he was the Italian resident partner of the London office, as well as the Italian resident lawyer of Werbel, McMillin & Carneluitti, a US law firm based in New York City.
