Mariana works on complex and strategic disputes, advising national and multinational companies, financial institutions, investment funds, family offices and individuals. Her practice covers judicial and administrative disputes, domestic and international arbitration, mediation and dispute boards.
With a multidisciplinary approach, she has experience in discussing a wide range of topics, involving contractual, real estate, corporate, capital market, infrastructure, construction, energy and technology issues, among others, working with various sectors and industries.
