Mariana has specialized experience in real estate due diligence for all types of assets in acquisitions and financing, joint ventures for project development, leasing and financing of assets, as well as drafting of the related documents and agreements for such transactions. She has participated in the analysis of specific legal and contractual real estate matters, advising clients on mitigation of legal risks and contractual solutions. Her practice also includes structuring and negotiation of leases for all asset types, negotiation and drafting of master purchase & sale agreements for the acquisition and disposition of real estate properties, and now specializes in real estate financing, including cross collateralized and non-recourse loans, syndicated loans and restructuring.
