Mrs Jimenez practice focuses on litigation, international arbitration, competition law, enforcement and compliance. She represents clients before the Mexican Supreme Court, federal and local courts and administrative authorities. She has ample experience in advising individuals and corporations in complex antitrust cases involving allegations of monopolistic practices in the telecommunications and financial sectors.

Miss Jimenez founding member and partner since 2021 of Malpica, Iturbe, Buj & Paredes, a Mexican litigation boutique. Former international lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, New York. Before joining Malpica, she clerked for Justice Arturo Zaldivar, current President of Mexico´s Supreme Court of Justice.
