Career

María Ines Corrá is a partner and co-head of the Administrative Law, Economic Regulation and International Arbitration departments.

Her work focuses on energy (power, renewable energy, natural gas and mining), regulatory practice, complex litigation and international arbitration.

She regularly advises and represents foreign and domestic clients in deals, public auctions and conflicts related to tariffs control, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure for public utilities, emergency measures, export restrictions, and other matters of institutional impact. She has also handled critical court matters dealing with the payment of electrical royalties, and mining and environmental-related issues.

Member of the Executive Committee of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALArb).

Co-founder and member of the Executive Committee of Woman Way in Arbitration - WWA LATAM. In wich she works to promote the development and the role of women in the region in the international arbitration practice.

Member of the Public Law Committee at the International Bar Association (IBA).

Co-moderator of the ITA Latin American Arbitration Forum (ITAFOR).

Member of the Energy Law Committee at the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
