Career

Marcos Matsunaga is the current managing partner of FCAM Advogados. He has extensive experience in tax law, focusing on conducting high complexity defenses in the administrative and judicial spheres, advice for prevention and resolution of tax disputes, advice in direct taxes and acquisition operations and corporate reorganizations.

He has been working in the area for more than 25 years and serves national and international clients from various sectors, including financial institutions, insurance companies, investment funds, family groups, industrial companies, agro-industrial and telecommunications. As the managing partner, he represents FCAM in global leadership and innovation committees focused on law, establishing relationships with law firms and lawyers in various jurisdictions.

He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in tax law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC/SP and actively collaborates in several groups of tax studies. He has been a member since 2014 of the Advisory Board of Enactus Brasil.
