Luciana began her career in law in 2002 and has experience in corporate, contractual, commercial law, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and national and international structured operations.
Personal
She graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2005) and a Master's degree in Corporate Law from INSPER in São Paulo (2009). She spent three months in Germany where she devoted herself to mergers and acquisitions structures, legal proceedings and corporate law related to investments of German companies in Brazil.
