Marco Steiner

Corporate + M&A; Real Estate

Marco Steiner practices in the areas of corporate law and M&A, venture capital/private equity, energy law, and real estate law. He regularly handles complex mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure and energy projects, in Austria and abroad. Marco Steiner gives lectures and is an expert on renewable energy.

Before joining E+H, he worked for several years at another international law firm in Vienna. Marco Steiner studied at the Leopold-Franzens-University in Innsbruck, at the University of Vienna, at the IEP Paris, and at the Collège d’Europe in Bruges (LL.M.).
