Career

Ab. Marco Morales graduated with honors from the San Francisco de Quito University and holds a master’s degree in administrative law from the same university. He was a fellow of the Spanish organization "Fundación Carolina" and completed a Master's program in Business Law at the Francisco de Vitoria University and the Madrid Bar Association in 2009. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in Ibero-American Administrative Law at the University of La Coruña.

Throughout his career, he has worked as a litigation lawyer for various public and private companies such as SENPLADES, CNT EP, ETAPA EP, CELEC EP, Consorcio Quito Limpio, Vachagnon, Banco Internacional, and Commerzbank.

For the past seventeen years, he has been a professor of public law in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and has conducted numerous national and international seminars in the field of Constitutional and Administrative Law.
