Marco De Leo specialises in corporate law with focus on the establishment/break-up of joint ventures, mergers, demergers and capital transactions, extraordinary financing transactions and acquisitions. He manages a comprehensive portfolio of clients, which comprises foreign and local players including large multi-national companies and family conglomerates. He takes the lead in coordinating all matters managed from the Dubai office and involves other firm’s offices and law firms in Africa and the Middle East to provide exceptional service standards for both local and cross-border matters.
