After working in the non-profit and international cooperation sector for about 10 years, Marco Chiesara devoted himself to the legal profession, specialising from the outset in labour law.
Marco mainly assists national and international companies of various sizes and business sectors, working side by side with human resources managers, with whom he is able to establish solid and ongoing relationships. He also assists special undertakings and third sector entities; in addition to his legal skills, his in-depth knowledge of the sector’s mechanisms learned during his time as manager of several entities works in his favour. He is in charge of Lexellent’s dedicated third sector department. Finally, Marco assists numerous company managers and directors, both when the employment relationship is established and upon its termination.
Marco Chiesara has been a member of AGI (Italian Labour Lawyers) since 2008.
Since 2007, he has been chairman of WeWorld, an organisation for international cooperation operating in Italy and in 29 countries throughout the world.
He also carries out training and teaching activities in the field of labour law, mainly in favour of third sector entities; he has collaborated for many years with ALTIS, Graduate School of Business and Society within the Università Cattolica and with CIESSEVI, Volunteering support centre in Milan.
