Giulietta Bergamaschi

Giulietta Bergamaschi co-founded Lexellent law firm and has been managing partner of the firm since June 2018.

She provides strategic advice on personnel management, trade union negotiations and assists in the preparation of management plans.

Giulietta is head of the firm’s equal opportunities department. She is actively engaged in supporting companies and entrepreneurs in the process of modernizing corporate culture by developing and adopting tools to foster the concepts of inclusion and equality.

• Member of the Milan Bar Association

• Admitted to plead before the Supreme Court

• Co-founding member of ELLINT, the international network of employment law boutiques set up in 2013. The network is currently active in France, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, Romania and Switzerland, in addition to Italy.

• Member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and AGI (Italian employment lawyers association). Since November 2013, she has been a member of the Board of ASLA (Associated Law Firms Association). She is a member of ASLAWOMEN, the working group within ASLA that supports and promotes women at every stage of their professional career in associated law firms.

• Independent Director and Member of the Management Control Committee of Newton S.p.A.

• Chair of the Board of Directors of Associazione Parks – Liberi e Uguali. She is secretary of the Associazione Amici delle Stelline.

She has authored numerous academic publications and regularly publishes articles and contributions in the Italian and international press.
