Marco is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate/M&A group, the Global Co-Head of the Firm’s Equities Practice and the German Co-Head of Corporate/M&A. He concentrates on advising corporates and sponsors on complex corporate and corporate finance transactions and also has a long track record of advising underwriters in connection with high profile offerings across Europe. He is German, US and English law qualified and has extensive international and cross-border transactional experience acting for corporates and private equity investors, with a particular focus on Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Nordics and the United States.

Marco is also the founder and co-head of the Firm’s Swiss Desk and has extensive experience advising Swiss corporates in connection with international mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
