Marco Carbonare

Marco is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate/M&A group, Head of the German Corporate Division and the Global Co-Head of the Firm’s Equities Practice. He concentrates on advising corporates and sponsors on complex corporate and corporate finance transactions and also has a long track record of advising underwriters in connection with high profile offerings across Europe. He is German, U.S. and English law qualified and has extensive international and cross-border transactional experience acting for corporates and private equity investors, with a particular focus on Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Nordics and the United States.
