Represents national and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions and assists on regulatory issues related to mining and environment, involving acquisitions and sale of mining companies and mining rights, as well as in regulatory and environmental administrative, judicial and arbitration procedures that involve companies from the mining, power, real estate and agribusiness sectors, including in projects related to the mining research, mines, dams, hydropower plants, thermoelectric and solar/photovoltaic, wind farms, railroads, pipelines, transmission lines, ports, shipping, road concessions, railway terminals, airports and industrial plants. His ESG & Impact practice focuses on socio-environmental effects caused by mining activities.
Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Specialist in Company Law from Fundação Dom Cabral and Master’s degree in Administrative Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
