Marc has a broad dispute resolution practice with a focus on corporate litigation, banking and finance disputes, directors' liability, governance issues and class actions.
Marc is frequently commissioned by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal as an investigator, interim director or trustee shareholder. He also serves as a deputy judge at the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal, handling numerous cases per year. He is known for his strategic thinking and quick grasp of complex issues.
Marc is a board member of the Interlex Group an elite network of leading international independent law firms, board member of the Aleida Schot Stichting a foundation which awards a two yearly prize for the best translation of Slav literature into Dutch. Marc is a member of the Dutch Association for Corporate Litigation, member of the Rimari Foundation for Enterprise Chamber officials and member of the Dutch Association for the Judiciary.
