Marc Krickbaum

Marc is a former U.S. Attorney and a distinguished trial and appellate lawyer. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation, where he uses his deep experience to help businesses and individuals navigate their most difficult legal challenges.

Global Co-Chair of the firm’s White Collar & Government Investigations Practice, Marc has represented companies and individuals in white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, and civil litigation involving allegations of fraud, insider trading, public corruption, and theft of trade secrets. He also has significant experience in matters relating to the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, sanctions and export control, and national security litigation.
