Marc has over a decade’s experience of driving solutions in domestic and international situations involving financial stress, restructuring and insolvency. He works closely with a diverse range of clients, including sponsors, portfolio companies, capital and liquidity solution providers, par lenders and secondary investors.
Marc’s recent public experience includes advising clients in relation to the Hurtigruten, Praesidiad and Groupe Casino restructurings.
