Marc Fornacciari is a partner in Dentons’ Paris office and a member of the Public Law group.
He focuses on the transport and infrastructure, public policy and regulation, public procurement, and government sectors.
Marc has developed a recognized expertise in the infrastructure sector, particularly in project finance. He advises investors, banks and public entities on infrastructure projects (highways, rail projects, and subways) or building projects (the French Ministry of Defense at Balard, the Paris First Instance Court, La Santé prison, numerous universities). Additionally, he advises various stakeholders in transportation law, toll pricing, and emerging mobility solutions.
Marc has extensive experience in energy law and renewable energy (solar, wind, and floating offshore wind energies). He also practices environmental law.
Marc’s team is highly active in general public law and public procurement law (contracts and concessions), offering both advisory and litigation support. More broadly, the team addresses all aspects of regulatory law.
Marc was the operational manager of water, electricity, and sanitation companies in Europe and the Middle East, and oversaw development in these regions. As such, he has a deep understanding of corporate challenges.
Marc is also an Honorary Member of the French Supreme Administrative Court.
