Arnaud Troizier

Arnaud Troizier is a partner in Dentons’ Paris office and a member of the Public Law group. He advises on infrastructure matters in France and Africa.

Arnaud focuses on public business law, with particular experience in public-private partnerships, concessions and other contracts relating to public projects across a range of sectors, including public buildings, transport infrastructure, electronic communications networks, defense equipment, energy, industrial facilities, waste recovery and desalination.

He advises industrial companies, investors, banks and public-sector entities on the award and performance of partnership contracts, public service delegations, concessions and other public contracts used to implement these arrangements, including public domain occupancy agreements.

He has particular experience in drafting, negotiating and finalizing public contracts and the industrial contracts supporting these projects, including construction, operation and maintenance, and interface contracts. He also advises on public procurement and competitive tendering procedures, including competitive dialogue and tenders, as well as public domain matters.

Arnaud taught “Complex Contractual Structures” at the University of Evry for master’s degree students and at HEC Business School between 2013 and 2018.
