Dr. Malte Stübinger joined Deminor in May 2021. He leads the Hamburg office and oversees litigation funding in the German speaking market (DACH Region) and Scandinavia. He advises on both individual cases and large-scale collective actions in securities law and antitrust damages, and heads Deminor's collective consumer claims practice group. Before joining Deminor, Malte worked as a Litigation Associate at Latham & Watkins, representing clients in complex commercial disputes and mass claims. He holds a doctorate in law in the area of securities litigation and brings strategic depth to high-stakes litigation.
Besides his passion for funding, Malte regularly publishes and speaks on issues related to promoting diversity, equality and inclusion in the professional legal community, with a focus on LGBTQ representation.
