Erik Bomans is the Chief Executive Officer of Deminor and the executive director in charge of the “Commercial Litigation Funding” department. Erik was trained at the Brussels office of Linklaters and qualified as a lawyer in 1995. He joined Deminor in 1995 and became a partner in 1999.

Erik regularly speaks at conferences on the topic of litigation funding, has published research on the state of the litigation funding market and has been recognized as a leader in his field by Who’s Who Legal and Law Dragon.
