Career
Malcolm is a Partner in HFW’s Construction team, based in Hong Kong. He has specialised in dispute resolution and construction procurement since 1998 and has acted on major arbitration and litigation proceedings for multinational corporations, government clients, developers, contractors, and consultants across Asia.
His experience covers a broad range of commercial contentious work in arbitration and court litigation, including complex commercial contract disputes and large-scale construction and engineering disputes involving commercial and residential building, mining, transport, and manufacturing and power plant projects.
Malcolm has represented clients in international arbitration proceedings in China, Dubai, Hong Kong, France, Singapore, Switzerland, and the US.
He has been recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific as a leading individual in Construction, Hong Kong, every year since 2012.
