Mahmoud Shaltout

He specializes in prosecuting complex litigation disputes across the legal spectrum, especially in relation to intellectual property rights, insurance, commercial law, taxation, penal sanctions, corporate crimes, civil matters and environment before Egyptian ordinary, economic, and Conseil d’Etat (administrative) courts.

He represents clients in different proceedings before judiciary, experts of the Egyptian ministry of justice, ministerial committees on settlement of investment disputes, public funds authorities, and tax committees.
