Magdalena Zabłocka-Foulkes

Magdalena Zabłocka-Foulkes is General Counsel at ORLEN, leading the company’s legal function. She assumed the role in August 2024 after a career spanning senior positions in the energy and infrastructure space. Prior to joining ORLEN, she held roles in private practice including as counsel at DLA Piper, alongside experience at other international firms. Her responsibilities include board and committee support, corporate governance and managing key legal risk areas across the group.
