In the area of Mergers and Acquisitions, Heiddy has led significant transactions, such as the acquisition of 50% of a Dominican company by a Canadian entity in a deal valued at approximately USD $400 million; as well as the purchase of a free trade zone company for approximately USD $1.5 billion.
