Mads Kjellerup Dambæk is one of the partners heading Accura's Banking & Finance team. His work primarily focuses on transactions in the financial sector and regulatory issues.

Mads has a Masters in Finance from Harvard University where he received Dean's List Academic Achievement Award for a high grade point average and he has completed the board leadership education Foundation Course for Board Members – Pension & Insurance.

Before joining Accura, Mads worked for Danske Bank as chief legal adviser. Furthermore, Mads was employed with the law firm Plesner for approximately 7 years.
