Her practice is firmly positioned at the intersection of banking, finance, and corporate transactions, where she consistently supports clients on strategically significant mandates.

Madina regularly advises local and international companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and a wide range of general corporate matters. She has substantial experience leading and coordinating legal due diligence exercises and drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements.
