Madina is a Partner and Deputy Head of the Banking and Finance Practice at the firm. With over 15 years of experience, she is involved in several of the major banking and finance transactions which the firm is engaged to advice ranging from secured to unsecured lending transactions. She advises on a full spectrum of financial products including asset finance, trade, commodities and export finance, corporate and investment lending. She has extensive experience in structuring lending transaction to suit the business demands of the Firm’s clients. Given her expertise and exposure in this practice area, she understands the intricacies of cross-border transactions andhas an in-depth understanding of local and cross-border issues which affect lenders and borrowers across different sectors which enables her to consistently provide solution focused, innovative and commercially relevant advice to clients.
