Madina is a Partner and Co-Head of the firm’s Banking and Finance Practice. Her practice is firmly positioned at the intersection of banking, finance, and corporate transactions, where she consistently supports clients on strategically significant mandates.
Madina regularly advises local and international companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and a wide range of general corporate matters. She has substantial experience leading and coordinating legal due diligence exercises and drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements.
Drawing on her extensive transactional exposure, Madina has developed a strong understanding of the legal, regulatory, and commercial dynamics underpinning cross-border investments. She advises a broad spectrum of clients on both inbound and outbound investments into and from Tanzania across multiple sectors.
