Focused on complex product liability litigation throughout the United States and around the world, Mack Shultz represents companies in a variety of fields, including aviation, consumer electronics, and virtual reality. Mack represents aircraft manufacturers in major accident litigation, including the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 disappearance and the October 2018 Lion Air 737 MAX accident. Past experience includes the September 11 Litigation and the 2013 Asiana Airlines 214 accident in San Francisco. Mack also advises clients on strategies to reduce risk exposure, including contractual risk-allocation provisions; appropriate warnings and customer-facing documents; compliance with various regulatory regimes; and planning for future contingencies.
