Lynsey is a partner in the labour and employment group at MLT Aikins, representing public and private sector employers. She regularly advises employers on collective agreement interpretation and collective bargaining, both behind the scenes and at the table. Lynsey provides everything from the day-to-day advising to advising employers with drafting workplace policies, discipline and discharge and navigating workplace accommodations and human rights issues. Lynsey also practises in the area of professional regulation and administrative law. She regularly sits as independent counsel to discipline committees and has experience supporting complaints and investigation committees.
In 2022, Lynsey completed the seven-week Innovation Governance Program provided by the Council of Canadian Innovators.
