Luke is an experienced data protection, e-Privacy and cyber lawyer. He advises businesses from start-ups to blue chips on the privacy aspects of a wide range of matters including commercial and IT agreements, projects and transactions. He regularly advises clients on how to respond to data breaches and to data subject rights requests, as well as digital marketing compliance. He heads up Freeths’ Data & Information Team.
