Luke is an experienced data protection, e-Privacy and cyber lawyer. He advises businesses from start-ups to blue chips on the privacy aspects of a wide range of matters including commercial and IT agreements, projects and transactions. He regularly advises clients on how to respond to data breaches and to data subject rights requests, as well as digital marketing compliance. He heads up Freeths’ Data & Information Team.

Professional Memberships
Luke sits on the City of London Law Society’s specialist Data Protection Committee. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (“IAPP”) and Society for Computers and Law. He is a qualified data protection practitioner (CIPP/E) and holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
