Represents foreign and domestic clients in judicial proceedings, arbitrations and strategic negotiations. He has extensive experience in Mining Law, with outstanding performance in lawsuits related to the subject.
Luiz also acts in drafting and negotiating corporate contracts in the most diverse segments, administrative agreements, as well as consumer relations discussions and disputes, including strategic individual lawsuits, class actions and administrative procedures.
He holds a degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos. Specialized in Procedural Law by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC-MG) and in Arbitration by Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC/MG).
