Luisa Rivas has focused her practice on corporate, commercial, financial, energy, state contracts, public-private partnerships, construction contracts, mergers and acquisitions, advising national and international companies. Luisa has participated in various local and multi-jurisdictional legal operations, advising in structure, acquisition, negotiation and acquisition execution, financial agreements and corporate planning.
She has extensive experience structuring financing and advising various companies in regulated industries, including energy in matters regarding energy sale and supply contracts, maintenance of electrical installations, markets, and also advises from a regulatory perspective on the establishment and operation of electrical installations in relation to the generation and distribution of energy. Likewise, she advises the development of public infrastructure projects through traditional procedures such as public tenders and innovative commercial structures.
