He has led most of the flagship transactions in the Dominican Republic that have been recognized internationally. For example, the only registration of a Dominican public company in the NYSE, the largest acquisition in the country's history, for an amount greater than USD $2 billion, the largest foreign investment made in the country, for more than USD $6 billion, and the first international issuance of sovereign bonds, among others.
