With over four decades of legal practice, Luis Rafael Pellerano is one of the most recognized corporate lawyers in the Dominican Republic. His practice focuses on corporate matters, project financing and development, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, government relations, conflict resolution, mining, energy, natural resources, securities, banking, technology, and complex international and cross-border transactions.

Luis Rafael has been twice president and a founding member of the Dominican Mining and Oil Chamber of the Dominican Republic, member of the Board of the Popular Association of Savings and Loans (1995-2003), secretary of the Board of Directors of Banco Adopem (2012-2017), member of the Board of Directors of LexMundi, the world's leading network of independent law firms.
