Pellerano & Herrera acted as local counsel to J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, underwriter in a US$1.3 billion bond offering by Dominican State. The transaction was closed on July 12, 2018.
The Dominican Republic intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the bonds for general purposes of the government.
