Career

He served as the first Legal Consultant and Legal Director of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources from 2000 to 2005, where he had the opportunity to lead the function, creation and structuring of the operation of the Ministry from the legal point of view.

He is one of the leading lawyers in environmental practice in the Dominican Republic, being the pioneer in the dissemination, practice and development of the area. At the international level, he has participated as an environmental expert in arbitration cases under the arbitration rules of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes of the World Bank (ICSID).
