Omar's passion for litigation is evident. His persuasive storytelling has swayed tribunals, judges, and even Supreme Court justices. In antitrust, a passion that he has devoted for more than 30 years, Omar tackles abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, and other proceedings with a hands-on approach. He not only tries cases but also educates and mentors others in the field. His work spans competition authorities and federal courts, including the Federal Supreme Court where he has secured landmark victories.
Omar is also an academic at heart, having authored over 45 pieces on competition, litigation, arbitration and digital technologies. He taught at undergraduate and master level on these topics, reinforcing his commitment to delivering valuable client solutions.
Omar is a team player and enjoys his family and sharing with them his three passions: travel, tennis and running.
