With more than 34 years of experience, he is particularly known for his skill in guiding public or private clients with corporate structures, partnerships and business transactions—including M&A, joint ventures, divestitures, and reorganizations.

Mr. Pereyra has an established and lasting career as a practicing lawyer and a professor and has ample experience in several practices having participated in complex litigation, Arbitrations before the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center; International Chamber of Commerce and the American Association of Arbitration.

He has been an outstanding litigator having participated in the most emblematic cases of the country over the years.
