Ludvig Holm

Ludvig’s practice covers the full range of IP rights, with a particular focus and experience in patent disputes and complex trademark disputes. His experience covers most industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, medical devices, industrial processes, electronics, nuclear power, explosives and fintech. Ludvig has represented clients before the Swedish Supreme Court, EPO, EUIPO and the UPC, including in some of the most complex patent and trademark cases in Swedish IP history.

Ludvig also has experience from in-house work in the video game industry and regularly advises clients on a broad range of matters in that field.

As a former board member of the Swedish Anti-Counterfeiting Group (SACG), Ludvig also has significant experience in helping clients set up efficient and effective IP strategies.
