Björn Rundblom Andersson

Björn advises and represents clients in the fields of patent law and trade secrets law, with a particular focus on cross-border issues. He is an experienced litigator who has represented clients before the Swedish courts, including the Swedish Supreme Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and in arbitration. Recent work highlights include representing a client in a landmark case before the CJEU and Swedish courts. Björn has also undergone the Swedish Arbitrator Training Programme arranged by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the Swedish Arbitration Association and is accredited as arbitrator by the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Unified Patent Court.
