Lucio is a partner based in our Milan office and heads the Italian Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group. Lucio holds a M.Jur from Oxford University and has extensive expertise in all aspects of EU and Italian competition law, with a particular focus on anticompetitive agreements, including exchange of sensitive information between competitors, and abuses of dominant position. He regularly represents clients before the Italian Competition Authority and the Italian administrative and civil Courts. Lucio also frequently acts before the European Commission as well as the General Court and the Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
His experience extends to a number of different sectors, including aerospace and defence, financial services, oil and energy, ground-handling airport services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, retail distribution, TMT, and the tobacco industry.
