Lucie Kačerová is a founding partner of Kačerová Advokáti s.r.o. and a recognised specialist in litigation and insolvency law. With more than a decade of experience gained at top-tier Czech law firms (Kocián Šolc Balaštík and ROWAN LEGAL), she represents both domestic and international clients in fast-track and complex commercial disputes, as well as high-value insolvency proceedings. Lucie regularly appears before all levels of Czech courts and has also represented clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
She is a distinguished legal expert, highly esteemed within the legal community. In the field of insolvency and restructuring, she contributed to the Commentary on Preventive Restructuring Act implementing the EU directive and actively participates in legislative work in this area. She advises both creditors and debtors and has played a key role in some of the most prominent insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic.
